We will teach you the basics of the Science of Happiness, guide you during the process of assessing your team and assist you with setting up a sustainable strategy. After the initial set up we will help you with implementation of your strategy and provide practical advice. This may include guidance on how to run one-to-ones, ideas to improve recognition or how to embed your culture in your team. Importantly, we’ll also be your accountability buddy to keep you on track.

Our commitment: 1 day / month for the first three months and 1/2 day after that + email consultations.

We will teach you the basics of the Science of Happiness, guide you during the process of assessing your teams and assist you with setting up a sustainable company-wide strategy.
